Can you guys at Arenanet please bring back the UAS button for pvp-only? I went through PvE with two characters and completed all the missions and surprisingly I run out of skill points. So I went to Temple of Ages to get more skill points and every group turned out bad. Why do Arenanet have to torture me and the PvP community by making us repeat PvE over and over. Im really sick of doing the same content again and again just to get more skills unlocked. There is no harm in having the UAS button, it will only effect the PvP community and bring back the people that left that hated the skill point grinding. I remember you guys saying this game will be PvP oriented, so if it is, then dont make us grind it out in PvE just to be able to PvP with the correct skills.

For instance, I would love to try out a smiting build, but I never will be because getting skill points is a pain. From experience, every Fissure of Woe group I was in end up being a disaster. I can only hope that you guys decide to implement this feature. Its not like this feature will hurt anyone... it will only help make the game more accessable and fun.

UAS is an Unlock All Skills button. Personally, I think that'd make the game boring, but that's probably just me. During the last few BWEs, they made it so you basically had access to all skills, no one really had to earn them through PvE.

How can you still be asking for an unlock button, when they now have faction to unlock things too... you get everything you need easily... i personably think, too easy. Now, more and more people have Everything unlocked... and in my experience with games... that normaly brings a downfall quicker then expected... but heh, i'll be buying the expansions, so the game never ends for me

It was put in for testing reasons only, get over it.

I can guarantee it. Besides, what harm is it to actually play a game anyways... Do you only play it once every other month, and have no possible way to get through it... Cause even then, i just say... guild wars isnt for you... dont play it.

Just for the record... i feel like calling you some offensive name... if only to start a flame war, and get this stupid thread closed.

Unlocking most things through PvE is still a lot quicker than unlocking with faction.

Which forces PvE players to delete their characters and create PvP characters just to be able to compete.

I have two ascended characters, both at hell's preciple (one finished it) and Im sick of missioning every freaking time. Okay, after that I run out of skill points and you know what I have to do? Go to temple of ages and get partied with noobs who end up getting the group killed for being an idiot. I dont freaking deserve this. Fix it. Add UAS. Its not bad. Some like, some hate. Its doesnt hurt the people who hate, they are just whining. Add UAS and people will enjoy their time trying new builds without having to play a new RP character from scratch again.

Us "PvE whiners" play a bit of PvP too. It can get frustrating not having that one skill, but did you know that on the magical place called the Intarweb that there are guides that tell you where all of these things can be found? Even if you can't get anymore Skill points to continue to unlock with your PvE, you can still play the PvP that you enjoy. Don't have that awesome great build? Get a pre-build and go to town! Have fun with that stuff! In my opinion, that IVEX trapper is a very fun ranger build. Totally owns people in the 4v4 arenas.

Here's a solution: Get in a guild where people will play with you in PvE.

If you refuse to do that, then don't buy every single skill in the game. There are tons of low end skills that you can get through easy quests, or just don't need at all. Figure out a build(or two, or three) that you want, and get the skills for that - not the things you don't need.
